NEW enhanced version of the traditional ‘Quickset’ Calibrated Torque Limiting Screwdriver.

Wide Range
The ‘Ergo’ Quickset range includes both ISO (QSN models) and Imperial scale versions (QSA models) with an overall torque range of 5 cN.m - 9 N.m (10 ozf.in - 80 lbf.in)

Eliminates overtightening
Smooth ‘slipping’ mechanism signals when the set torque has been achieved and completely eliminates overtightening.
Bi-directional operation with consistent repeat accuracy.

Ergonomic grip
New - specially designed ergonomic rubber hand grip.

Automatic resetting
Precision radial ball clutch and cam design gives automatic resetting.

Positive lock
New - Positive locking system prevents accidental adjustment.
Micrometer adjustment on all models for easy, accurate setting.

Choice of drive type
All models available with either 1/4” Square Drive (SD) spindle for use with nut sockets or 1/4” Female Hex (FH) spindle to suit screwdriver bits.
QSN 40, QSA 60z and QSA 4 models also available with a 4mm Female Hex drive (4m) to suit miniature screwdriver blades and accessories.

Versatile tools
Ideal for the application of low torque values to fasteners in areas such as electrical, electronics and instrument assembly.

Extra leverage
Removable Tee Bar on larger models provides extra leverage when required.
