Quickset Calibrated Series

Extensive range of 14 models to cover all requirements

Torque range
Quickset screwdrivers feature scales calibrated in either ISO or Imperial units and cover a torque range of 20 cN.m to 9 N.m (20 ozf.in - 80 lbf.in).

Eliminates over-tightening
Smooth ‘slipping’ mechanism signals when the set torque has been achieved and completely eliminates overtightening. Bi-directional operation with consistent repeat accuracy.

Auto resetting
Precision radial ball clutch and cam design gives automatic resetting.

Choice of drive type
All models are available with either 1/4” Square Drive (SD) spindle for use with nut sockets or with 1/4” Female Hex (FH) to suit screwdriver bits.

Micrometer adjustment
Micrometer adjustment on all models allows easy, accurate setting. The adjustment knob automatically disengages when tool is in use, preventing accidental adjustment.

Versatile tools
Ideal for the application of low torque values to fasteners in areas such as electrical, electronics and instrument assembly.

Extra leverage
Removable Tee Bar on larger models provides extra leverage where required.
Note: Does not affect torque setting or accuracy.
