The CVIC range is a digital power control DC electric tools system. The CVIC is therefore the natural solution for your critical applications.
The CVIC electric tightening system is controlled by measuring the power consumption of the tool and monitoring the angle rotation. The CVIC is therefore the natural solution for your quality critical applications.
Common controller for hand held tools and fixture spindles.
Controllers can drive tools from 0.2Nm (0.15ft.lb) up to 1350Nm (995ft.lb).
A self learning mode will adapt all controller parameters to the joint.
There are three different software versions depending on the customer needs.
Main features:
- up to 7 cycles of 15 phases each to easily set up all complex applications
- 100 torque and angle results memorized inside controller (M and H versions)
- Input/ Output port to connect a PLC, reporting box, socket tray.
- CVIPC2000 PC software allows you to program and collect results of all controllers
